

Built From the Beginning is a beginner-friendly fitness program created to help women start their fitness journey with confidence and consistency. This program focuses on building a strong foundation through proper movement, correct exercise form, and structured routines. Participants will develop strength, stability, and mobility while learning the five fundamental movement patterns (e.g., squat, hinge, push, pull, carry/core) essential for long-term progress and injury prevention.
Designed for women new to fitness or returning after time away, Built From the Beginning helps establish healthy habits, improve body awareness, and create lasting consistency both in and out of the gym.
